Client not submitting order requirements

Hello, I have a client who is not responding, he has placed his order but has not submitted the requirements for the last 15 days. I was trying to send him a reminder but accidentally started the order now what do I do, I saw him online but he is not responding.

when the dateline is nearly in end deliver the order and mention the issue, you will work for his when you will get the requirement

This happens sometimes - the only thing you can do is request order cancellation.

Go to fiverr support and inform them about it and try to cancel the order by fiverr support.

I think your order time didn't start without requirements. If it's true then you should wait for the requirements. It may be client forgot to give you the requirements. You should contact your client for requirements. If order time already started then you can go to Fiverr support to cancel this order. Thank you.

If the order started and began to count time you should take support from Fiverr.
