Can I ask for testimonial video?

I think video testimonial work way better than reviews, so i am bit afraid to ask my clients for testimonial video about my service, does anyone know if i ask to client there will be any issue?

I would avoid this. It can seem intrusive to the buyer, and they might even find it to be creepy or annoying. 

Fiverr has a perfectly good system of reviews and feedback designed to increase trust and promote good sellers.
