Set Availability - Start Date Default to [current date] and End Date Default to [current date +1]

Currently, the start date and end date for availability are set to the last dates used for this feature. That could be logical as some folks may simply want to extend their break. However, the feature does not permit a start date in the past, so, that case is not currently available.

To address this, the default values for this feature should instead be the current date for the start date and one day beyond for the end date. This streamlines the user experience and makes it easier to update availability.
