As it's been stated numerous times already this month, posting to a forum does not impact on your gig visibility on Fiverr.   Concentrate on creating an impactful profile with gigs that will convert.  There is no point in promoting something that people will turn away from when they see it.  

Read the forum posts and make the required changes based on your research

You can Succeed in getting orders by:

1.Make your gig attractive

2.Always try to be online on Fiverr

3.Be friendly with your buyers

4.Impress your client by doing the work according to their requirements
