I joined fire in 2018, after working for few days my computer got damaged due to my absence this time or I gave the work I didn't reply and started negative review for me now I can't find Bayer request. What's the way now?

It may not let you send offers to buyer requests even if it showed you some since your average rating is too low. You could refresh the page a few times a day just to check in case that's incorrect (eg. in case it takes the last 60 days or so into account not all time).

It might be worth contacting CS and seeing if they'll allow you to close this account and create a new one if you can't get orders on this one.

Also I'd check the spelling on your profile and gig image since errors there might affect orders.
