I haven’t received a rating less than 5 stars yet, but when I do, I’m done worrying about it. I worked hard to keep a 100% positive rating and would often go above and beyond just to keep my rating unblemished, but I think it’s unrealistic to expect to be able to continue with an unblemished record under this system, so therefor I don’t care as much.



This means that I WILL NOT be bending over backwards as I did before, just to keep a rating. I’m not going to go that extra mile any longer. I’ll deliver to spec, and if they don’t like it I’ll offer a mutual cancelation and forbid them from using the video, or they can keep it as is and leave whatever they want for feedback.
