How many days does he has to remove review?

Hi all of you,



I wanted to ask, how many days does the buyer had to remove the review from positive to negative? Im asking this becouse one of mu buyers had make a lot orders for 2 months, now i want to stop working with him becouse he always want too much things but i was afraid maybe he will change all positive reviews to negative.



So, at the day he put the review, he has 3 days left to change it? After 3 days he cannot do anything right?

@venussgirl Typically a buyer is only able to change their review for the first few days. Afterwards they would have to submit a Support ticket and present a case as to why it should be changed for them.
