Weren't experienced sellers new one day, too? Fiverr DOES try to give new sellers a boost, but some niches will be overcrowded... Work is work, even if it's online - you can't just expect orders to fall into your lap. Maybe there's things you could improve on your profile/etc. to stand out. Maybe you could offer more unique services...

Its not easy, but it must not be very difficult. It depends on what you offer, how saturated the gig category is, how well you design your page and what kind of work you can already show off. 
If I remember correctly, I got my first offer after about one week of adding my gigs.
