Make sure you do your best work. Be communicative and authentic.

In my experience, becoming a higher level seller is not as difficult as staying one. It takes alot of work and attention.

Stay consistent. Keep studying what your competitors or other sellers are offering different than your service .

You can always stay updated by going through various threads for tips for new sellers, or any other level seller and other discussion here on the fiverr forum.
