For the past 8 months , I have not received any orders. I have 5 active gigs. The impressions and clicks have gone down considerably. I am open to offers and willing to do great work in content writing and market research.

Then you are going to have to do market research for yourself, and figure out how to appeal to your desired content writing customers.

If you are getting impressions it means the skill is demanded. Maybe your prices are high as compared to you experience and others experienced sellers are doing it already and people don't want to risk their money on an unexperienced seller. 

Try bringing people to your gig from social media platforms.

Maybe you didn't send buyer request for a long time. If you're newbie should send buyer request to get a order.

1.Make your gig attractive

2.Always try to be online on Fiverr

3.Be friendly with your buyers

4.Impress your client by doing the work according to their requirements
