How can I write a perfect offer letter in reply of buyer request ?

I send lot's of offer letter but I don't have any response. Can anyone give me a demo of perfect buyer letter ?

Are you copy pasting the same stuff and changing some keywords? If so, it will most likely wont work.

You have to be Understand first the buyer intention. I mean What they are saying in buyer request? Understand first and then try to catch the main point.

Before sending buyer request clear your browser cache. Never copy and paste. Everytime write the buyer request by yourself. Try to understand what they want. Understanding their points mention that point in your cover letter that you are the perfect/best service provider for that project. Send neat and clean cover letter. Send some demo of your previous work that have you done by yourself if there have a chance. Thanks.

Sheesh! You JUST said that you don't copy other people's stuff, but you want someone else to write the text you use to contact buyers in BR.

Please write your own personalized BR offers. You don't need someone else to "provide a demo".
