Fiverr workspace, please help!

Hi, 

I was just researching the site last night and clicked on Fiverrwork space as I did not know what it was. They are now emailing me saying thank you for signing up?? I did not sign up for anything. I have not even created any gigs yet.

I replied to the email and it said no reply email. I went on to the page and there is nowhere to type in questions just bots with pre-written answers (none of which address this). 

Help! I cannot even see the customer service tab on here. Or is it all bots? To reiterate I do not even have any gigs set up yet I am still in the research phase.
