My gig promotions are not working !!

4 of my orders are cancelled in a row due to inactivity of mine. Then I lost my badge and gigs promotion aren't working now. How I become eligible to promote my gigs. Thanks in advance.

You're no longer eligible for the feature. So you need to step up your stats (order completion, on time delivery, response rate, rating and conversion rate) and maintain great performance for Fiverr to select your gig again.

On my promoted options, I see "Unqualified". I don't know but Its almost 1 years I could not get this service again.. Anyway I can get it again?
