What do you guys use to create fiverr gig tumbnail?

As a beginner who knows nothing about photoshop what would you recommend to use to create attractive gig thumbnail?

I'm using after effect because I had no motivation to learn photoshop since I am learning ton of things but photoshop would be definitly the best software to treat photo.
What makes a thumbnail attractive is fonts typology, fonts quite describe what you sell as services, watch tutorials about fonts, this is the key, then how to make your product in value, with a background and also shapes to use as decors and fill your composition to make more details.

If you're not a designer, you shouldn't design your own thumbnails. Hire a professional. There are tons of them right here, on Fiverr.

I use photoshop to create my gig thumbnail. but you can try many other like photopea, canva etc.

You can use Canva. There are so many pre-made thumbnails that you can edit as your service.
