You can't. But you can report spam when you get it. It helps Fiverr remove the spammer accounts sooner. If everyone reports spam when they receive it, there will be less spam overall on the platform.

Unless you mean, as a Seller, 'how to avoid sending messages that get marked as spam'.

Which, IF that's what you meant: don't send messages unless you're actually buying. And if you are buying, send as much information as you can in the first message, and don't treat the message system as a IM chat.
