Fiverr account Got flagged What happens to the account now and how do i resolve PLEASE HELP !!

A confused buyer that placed an order and started it and he was gone 10 days later i had no time left so i sent him a message about i and delivered until he comes back and i finish up the project 

He reported me to fiverr for empty delivery now my account is flagged 

My question is what d i do to resolve this issue ??

You can’t do anything now, you already broke fiverr rules and got a warning for it. 
just don’t do it in the future

I have sent them an email about it i would just want to know how does this effect my account and will my gig rank lower on the first page 

if you guys have any idea that would have i really appreciate it a lot
