Resolution not possible

I placed an order with a seller and need to add an additional upload. But there's no option in the order screen to do this and I cannot find the resolution center anywhere. So what a disappointing experience trying to purchase work on fiverr. I placed a Support request and received a cookie cutter response. My review will not be positive. It's not the seller's fault.

I don’t think it will be fair to rate the seller based on the platform experience. 
 

Howeber you can just ask your seller to send you a custom offer for the extra upload that you need and I’m sure he will happily send it within the order
