And here's how that plays out. Look at logo design. Total sellers 247,989.  Total from that certain place, 28,396.  In contrast, USA has 8,956, while US has twice the population.

It seems that the gov is not teaching actual skills, just how to get on Fiverr and knockout bootleg services, since it's all taxable revenue for the government.
