Order Completed Without a Review!

Hey everybody!

 

I wanna ask about the order which is marked as completed but, did not get any review (positive/negative). Does that order contributes to the overall gig performance/stats? 

It definitely increases the conversion rate on our end, which I believe is a good sign. However, I need your thoughts and observations about this.

P.S.: I know it is silly question, but I believe it is better to ask as somebody may have some other experiences related to this.

Hi there,

Yes, all gigs you complete are counted towards your statistics. 

If an order doesn't receive a review, it just won't be counted towards your star rating calculation. So it doesn't have a positive nor a negative effect on your overall client rating.

Nope. Only in regards to your total orders. No positive or negative result comes from not being reviewed (other than the unfortunate lack of review).
