What is the best way to communicate with buyers?

Hello, I'm gdesignjak.

As a Fiverr seller today, how I can communicate with buyers when they message me for an order. Can I send a short  message or a long one with a greeting and thank them for the message. If you know anything about it, please let me know.

Polite and direct to the point. Most buyers wouldn't want to read an essay of a response. Just respond with enough details that answers as well their initial message.

Go easy and straight forward... Answer their queries... The thing that matters most to them is the answer to their question. If you get an answer, politely answer them and don't worry about greetings/thank yous.
