For this you need to always be active and get reload after some time or use auto reloaded and after few days you will see the buyer request coming.

As a new seller you won't be able to buyer request all time. Only some specific times you will be able to see it. So try to active a lots of time on Fiverr and check frequently. One thing that is in proper way try to marketing your gigs. Also check your status. Thanks.
