Being promoted to a higher seller level does not guarantee more orders. There are no order guarantees on Fiverr. You still have to earn your orders, by connecting to the target customers who need what you have to offer.

Connect to (and understand) your target customers/market, and find creative/unique ways to convince them that you are the best seller to solve their needs.

Hello saklinemostakim,
Getting promoted as a level 2 seller is a great achievement to accomplish, not many sellers reach this goal, and be proud of that!
Unfortunately getting promoted doesn't mean that you are getting directly more orders, but it's more likely that a Fiverr user when browsing the site will buy you services seeing that you have a level 2 badge!

Your account now has unlocked the following perks:

  • Create up to 20 active Gigs
  • Add 5 Extras per Gig ($5, $10, $20, $40, $50 for each Extra)
  • Create custom offers (up to $20,000 each)
  • Enjoy priority customer support
  • Withdraw your earnings after 14 days

If we can give you a suggestion, use your "free time" while you wait for orders to learn new skills and maybe improve on the aspect of your business you care most about, for example, if you want to know how to get more traffic to your gigs you can maybe follow this lessons:

Have a nice day,

Hello, @hbfs_studio, 👋🏻

I see you are a brand spanking new member of the Fiverr Forum as well as the Fiverr platform. Welcome. 😊 It is always lovely to have a new member here who is articulate and helpful. 😀

Thank you for complimenting your friend, @saklinemostakim, on achieving level 2. It was also good of you to site the relevant perks as seen on the analytics page, which he may not have noticed since joining Fiverr sixteen months ago.

It was also great that you included a link to a Fiverr web page where @saklinemostakimcould learn about web page promotions. However, his question concerned why he is not getting orders since becoming a level two seller.

The answer is more likely now that @saklinemostakim is a level 2 seller, and his competition is more challenging. He is currently competing against level 2 sellers and not against the level 1 sellers he has in the past.

It should also be noted that @saklinemostakim asked, "what can i do for reciving more order." This question is interesting given that he is an SEO expert, and in one of his gig descriptions, he says, "I will find effective keywords For you to rank on google in 2 weeks." Why would such an SEO expert who offers to rank his buyers' websites on google need information about how to receive orders?

True, the link you posted about web page promotions was a valid link that is allowed according to the Fiverr rules. 👍🏼

However, you posted a link to your profile when you posted this: ⬇️

And The Fiverr Forum rule you quoted says:

The OP (original poster) did not post in the My Fiverr Gigs category. Therefore you are spamming, albeit being sneaky about it. 😈

Also, you should know that @lloydsolutions is a long-time and much respected Fiverr Forum member who helps keep the Forum a better place to visit because of her efforts.

@frank_d What do you think of the link @hbfs_studio posted in the guise of a closing? Does it break Fiverr Forum rules as he denied doing in his answer to @lloydsolutionsabouve? 🤔

@frank_d

Please stop adding your profile link to all your replies as a signature.

I will issue an official warning now and if you keep doing this, further action will be taken.

You can help people all you want but pretending your signature that links directly to your profile is allowed, won’t make it so.

Thanks for all the time you all invested into reading and expanding our knowledge,
We think we started on the wrong foot and we want to apologize if for our mistake.
Giorgio our friend and coworker yesterday after reading the terms of service of the forum had a misunderstanding of rule number 6, which was further clarified in private by the Fiverr support, as a punishment for his action today he brought donuts to all the office we only wished to share this with our friend lloydsolutions, that was kind enough to notify us about the mistake that Giorgio made. We just laughed about it and continued on our working day but we felt necessary to publicly apologize for this intolerable conduct of one of our employees.
We studied further the current situation of this topic and found a maybe more appropriate solution to help our friend saklinemostakim,
As wordsfire pointed out and we agree,

But in this case, we think is not the main problem for saklinemostakim, we contacted our sales team manager and made him work on this problem, what he said to us was some true and deep words about social engineering strategy that lead the whole room in a moment of shock and wonder, we were pending by each and single word he was saying, but I digress, to sum it up immagine that Fiverr is a very nice shopping center full of beautiful lights and virtually infinite space to people to come in and chose to buy or sell their product or services, this wonderful Bazar as elaborate and beautiful it can be, have some limitation, it's placed in a very busy and populated town we want to call the intranet, in this town only a very slim part of the city want to visit the beautiful Bazar and of this mall percentage of people only around the 2,4% buys something from one ore two of the shop present inside it. this percentage can be seen as the conversion rate and if you compare it to the grand scheme of things can seem a very small number, but it isn't actually, it is only a matter of prospectives and the magnitude of scalability.

For sure saklinemostakim is an expert in SEO so he serched for the best trending keywords and optimized all his products in his shop but yet he didn't get a single sale, one of the most common problems for gigs maker is for sure driving traffic in the first place to their shop, so the real question here is how saklinemostakim intend to drive more traffic to his little corner on the mall?
One of the many suggestions of our marketing expert was:

Quote

"try working on a new adds campaign for your specific product and service, but before that, take a moment to breathe and observe what is around you, what people want or need, what your competition is doing fill your mind with questions and try to write them down on a piece of paper or your favorite text editor to save some trees. When you feel you have your answers clear in your mind try to start your marketing campaign on the platforms you chose, you want to invest some money into it? maybe it can be a good idea if you know what you are doing.
But we want you also to remember that the best things in life are always free, so take this to your advantage, offer something special only you can provide as an extra for free. why? because marketing,  work, study, love, and life all have a common pattern it's all based around the first rule of thermodynamics  "neither matter nor energy can be created or destroyed" ... " Every natural process transforms energy and moves energy" so if you put the right amount of energy in a project you are doing we are sure that your work will eventually pay off, offering a small extra service for free can help you boost your conversion rate."

We hope this was not much of a wall of text but more of a constructive reading for you saklinemostakim,
Have a nice day, and we wish you the best

I will do this publicly:

remove the signature link that now send you to fiverr.com.

there is absolutely no reason to sign your replies and posts, there’s even less reason to link back to Fiverr.

If this is not taken care of today, I will restrict your account.

you, and pretty much everybody in this thread except @lloydsolutions, need to understand that someone made it to level 2 means they were doing something right. all algorithms and AIs take time to adjust. a dip in sales is expected when sellers level up or down. there is no reason to pick on them or teach the basics. but anyway.
