Demoted and not even on the search engine

Hi,

We offer radio ads and we were a top seller with over 2000 sales, 1990 5 star reviews and dominating everyone on the search engine, we now sit as a new seller and we are not even on the search engine.

We lost power to our studio and had a gig that we had to cancel, this killed our rating and we are now at a new seller.  There are sellers on the top page of search engines that have 11 sales and they are a fiver pick top seller?  This makes zero sense as we have over 2000 sales!

We looked at all the sellers on the search engine pages and the closest one to us is at 365 sales.  We are at over 2K.  I have talked to fiver, but they said its the rules of there site.  The search engine needs to understand that if a person is searching for say a radio ad, OUR GIG MUST COME UP or they dont even see our amazing gig and if they cant see us or find us on fiver, then we CANT MAKE SALES and WE CANT MOVE UP WITH OUR RATINGS!

So now a pro seller has to start from scratch all because we had to cancel an order.  Maybe one day we will be back on top LIKE WE ARE RIGHT NOW!  hahahahah!

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Wes

Fiverr tracks sales, cancellations, warnings etc over the past 60 days, some things are tracked over 90 days. Simply put, the other sellers you mentioned have better performance than you within the last 60 days. Since you canceled.. clearly that had an impact.

I have around 28k sales on Fiverr, I work alone and even I have times when I deal with cancellations or a negative private review when I am pushed behind. Fiverr is a marketplace that constantly monitors seller performance, it doesn't matter if you did well in the past, what matters is whether you offer a great experience for your customers at this time. Cancellations, late deliveries, all these things damage your performance. Same with negative public and private reviews.
