Is a client time to respond for an extension has shortened from 4 days to 2?

Is a client time to respond for an extension has shortened from 4 days to 2? Is this only for extension when i choose "other" or is tis now a general rule?

Before there was 4 days for the client to respond, now I have a different red warning message:

Yey. It means we now have to spend more time dealing with this by sending multiple requests when buyers don't respond. Just what the doctor ordered. 🙂 

I bet the next thing they'll do is put the gig auto-complete to 7 days. Just rubbin' it in. 🤣
