Development agreement

Hi team, is there any agreement process in which buyer and developer make agreement based on developed work, so after project delivery developer can not sell my project to any other buyer and any other platforms.

Well, you will have to write that in your gig description and probably sign a contract. I don't know how well that will hold though considering your buyers will likely be international ones. Perhaps put a commercial use license or something? Technically when a buyer purchases your gig the output is theirs.
