klataza Posted June 22, 2014 Share Posted June 22, 2014 Is there a way to dispute negative review?Everything promised on the gig is absolutely delivered on time.Its just that buyers are asking more than what offered in the gig after purchasing.Do Fiverr.com accepts investigation requests to protect their sellers who is helping the company make money? hudsonmediaroom Posted June 22, 2014 Share Posted June 22, 2014 Yes, Fiverr’s Customer Support or CS does investigate. I’ve had a few problems and CS was very helpful. Some Sellers say it takes a while for CS to respond, but I must be lucky.
