Fiverr Gig not promotable

I have a gig with 5.0 ratings and 34 orders. Everything was going fine but suddenly my gig went down on last page and my gig is not promotable. Can anyone explain what can be the reasons and how I can make it normal again.

Your performance. It means that you don’t fulfil additional criteria for having promoted feature and usually in most cases those are getting a bad hidden review.

Promotion on social media doesn't help me. I have been without new orders for five months when I canceled an order. Some buyers come back, and so I get up to two orders a month. I hope I don't become so suspicious that I block my two repeat buyers for hypocritical reviews. Low prices don't help either.

So, then, maybe you need to raise your prices. Fiverr favors gigs with higher prices (that are, thusly, more profitable for Fiverr).
