My client will order one but he mistakenly placed two orders, what should I do now?

There are multiple options:

Talk with him and agree you should cancel the second order, then go to customer support and ask them to cancel the order, that shouldn't penalize you.

You could tell your client to keep that second order inactive, in case he wants to work with you in the future.
