What's the order status? Delivered? Complete? If the order got delivered was anything attached? If so, what was attached (was it not the work you asked for)?

Or is the order still in progress, and if so, has it gone late?

Have you also tried contacting the seller about it?

I highly doubt that a top rated seller would do that with the risk of getting in trouble , are you sure that's the case ? Have you checked the order ? did the order got marked as complete ? Did you actually placed an order ? If  you placed an order you can find previous orders in your shopping menu.. at the moment there isn't anything clear about what you wrote above.

Tnks for your response,  sure I created an order, and I already paid for it in my credit card bill.

The order marked as complete before I got my first sketch, we continued talking in private massage, but he just ignored me for a long time.

If this is the case you can contact cs for assistance. Had you gone offline for long and it auto-marked complete?
