Account restricted and not giving another trial to verify

My account was restricted since February due to failed ID verification. I later understand that fiver does not accept the ID I was using so, I had go and do the necessary ID. After the ID was issued to me, I requested another trial to verify my ID which I get to know by reading peoples comment and forums, but was not giving another chance. Please, what can I do. I really need my account.

it’s the first time I see that fiverr denied to resend a link for verification. What exactly did they say? 

They keep telling me my account is still under review by relevant department. Each time I message them.

Then that means that your account was restricted for TOS violations, not because of ID verification. They don’t place accounts under review after the failed verification. 
What did the email from fiverr say was the reason for restriction?

The below text is exactly the email I get when my account was restricted. 

We couldn't verify your ID on Fiverr

Hi brainiachades,

Sorry, we weren’t able to verify your identity after multiple attempts. Therefore, your account has been restricted. You are still able to complete your active orders but cannot place or receive new ones. Please note, you can only communicate with your buyers with whom you have an active order.
