Can I offer my services to another seller?

Hello everybody! This is my first post here on the forum!
I joined Fiverr about a month ago, and I'm having trouble getting clients for my gigs. I've seen many tips and suggestions on how to improve GIGs, but then I have a question:

Can I message another seller who offers the same services as I do to help them out? I wanted to know if it's legal.

Perhaps you should stop advising others until you understand how the Fiverr platform works. This is the second time I have seen you give improper advice to another seller today. Reading TOS is an excellent place to learn Fiverr's rules. Then you will not get in trouble, nor will you get anyone else in trouble!

I think it's not a right choice to ask another seller to give you some work or add you to their team. It's not fair.
