celticmoon Posted June 21, 2014 Share Posted June 21, 2014 The negative feedback you received won’t be removed because you delivered late and didn’t respond to buyer’s messages or instructions. Buyers have the right to leave reviews unless you refund the order or agree to a mutual cancellation. Your buyers had valid reasons to leave negative reviews, and responding as you did only shows a level of immaturity that may cause future buyers to pass you by. You may want to reconsider your responses. Your rating is based on all your sales from the start of your time on Fiverr, so deleting gigs will not make the rating change. If you can prove to customer support that a buyer gave a negative review without any valid reason, that you tried to do everything possible to give the buyer what he/she wanted, then sometimes CS will remove negative reviews.
