How do I get the "Contact Seller" option that opens up to "How can I help?" and "Get a quote" or "Ask a Question" dialog box on my gigs?

Hello,  I saw this on somebody's gig and was surprised.  I want this option on my gigs.  How do I get this???

The gig I saw this on was: https://www.fiverr.com/share/464kGb

My gig doesn't have this option: https://www.fiverr.com/share/lmz5jA

My only guess is that it is available only for certain categories right now. I see no way of selecting any differences in the gig creation screens.

@vickiespencer  Your screenshot doesn't show the area of the gig I'm talking about.  Notice I don't have the option to get a quote when you click on Contact Seller.
