Does a buyer read all the offers? Do they look at the budget first?

Just ask yourself this question as a buyer. Do you think that when you post a job offer, if many sellers apply, you will be able to read all the offers?

I think many buyers will not read all the offers but there may be some buyers who can read all. Of course since the budget matters a lot. But they consider two things. Budget and offer both.

@menuralakvitha, Read this post by a buyer. Even if a Buyer Request has 39 offers, she would still read them all:

Note: you still have to make sure your offer is original and tailored specifically for the job you are bidding for to stand a chance against the competition.

It all depends on the number of offers. If there are about a hundred of them, obviously no one is going to look through them all. And as for price - yes, price is important, but definitely less important than the quality of the end result
