auloka_bala
When you receive a message from a client, then what if you reply late? Do you have any ideas? NOTE: I know already Inbox response rate will be affected.
alifshah01
There is a possibility that the buyer will message 2 or 3 sellers if you reply late you won't get the project someone else will get it.
vickieito
If it's for a new client, just respond to the question that the buyer is asking. You don't need to apologize for responding late. People have lives to live and it's normal if you don't respond right away. If it's an existing customer, I would reply to the question and apologize for the late response (if I missed their message somehow). In either case, it's always best to respond because Fiverr keeps track of your response rate. If you don't respond at all, that will affect your metrics. NOTE: I know already Inbox response rate will be affected. If you reply late, the buyer will probably go find another seller. If the order is already in and you reply late, the buyer is more likely to leave negative feedback. It's not all about "response rate" and "response time". It's about keeping your buyers happy. 6
