Withdrawal Problem

I have available funds but no option to withdraw. 

When I hover on Paypal, it shows “withdrawal in process”. 

What might be the issue?

 

Also, I already received my last withdrawal a month ago but the system doesn't show "Withdrawal Completed Successfully"
