Fiverr asks to verify my ID. But what happens I don't have right now?

Hello., all. I had completed several orders on Fiverr. Today it asked my to verify my ID in 14 days. I sent my driver's license, because I lost my national ID. But my driver's licaense was not accepted. To get a new national ID, it takes at least 14 days. What should I do now? Please, advise me.

Failing to verify your ID within the deadline will cause your account to become restricted. 

In most cases, a drivers license should be enough, so it might be that your photos aren't good enough.
