No order almost for a year But Fiverr is cutting their commission regularly.

In Promtion gig feature, Fiverr takes a small amount from each click. So even if you dont get any orders, you are still going to pay the price. In that case you had 42 clicks for 27.81 dollars. 

You have to draw people in to convert those clicks into orders. If you are unsatisfied, maybe you should consider how you present your gig. Because people are clicking it, taking a look at it. But they are not contacting you or ordering from you. Fiverr's part in this transaction is done. Rest is up to you.

Try to improve your gig so those people who clicked, would be considering you as a professional seller.

technically this is not fiverr's fault as they are doing their job in getting you clicks.

Clicks are not converting to orders, so maybe the fault lies in the gig.
