My client is not sending feedback.

Hello,
We have worked with my client twice. I can't give feedback to my customer and he can't send it either... What should I do?

Wasting customer support time for what? Clearly the client doesn't want to leave feedback. Many of my clients don't leave feedback either, they are busy. But they do come back when they need help. So who cares if they don't leave feedback?

it is a fact that many client dont want to provide feedback. you can try buy telling him but it is against fiverr TOS violation.
