Need help about promoted gig.

Hi,

I i already complete 1500+ order with 1k+ five star review. Last 6 month i get many time promoted gig option and when i get promoted gig option then after 2-3 days again i lost my promoted gig option . but why i don't know. Can you help me.

If you lose access to promoted gigs, this is most likely because your buyer satisfaction rate has dropped. This happens if buyers leave negative, private feedback to Fiverr after an order. Buyers are more likely to tell their honest opinion anonymously, so it might be challenging to figure out where something went wrong. 

To maintain a high buyer satisfaction rate, you must deliver excellent quality and outstanding service to your buyers at a good value. In other words: make your buyers happy. If your gig doesn't live up to the standards Fiverr has set for promoted gigs you will lose access to the feature.
