Hi @sakibahmed96, your photo cuts out the other metrics that are factored into your performance (see below). If these metrics are not met on July 15th, you will be demoted to a New Seller again. I checked your profile and your rating is 4.9, so it must either be your 'On-time delivery' or 'Days without warnings' metric.

1) On-time delivery: Must be >90%

2) Rating: Must be > 4.7 stars

3) Days without warnings: Must be 0

You should reach out to Customer Service and show your screenshot as well as your 4.9 star rating on your profile. All your values look okay to me.
