Gig's video disappeared ? Any one happen like that ?

HI, everyone . I have a buy wants to check my gig sample video, but all my videos are disappeared , only some images there . Anyone happen like that ? Just let me know if you have any infor from it , thanks a lot.

Thanks for report . But first of all, all my videos are create by me, it's not from any others . I already contact support , but nothing change , all the videos are still gone . Maybe I have to spend time to create new one and upload again. Very bad situation . Some videos of customers completed before also disappeared from the order page .
