I am not getting a refund

I canceled the order and paid for refund.The money went from my fiverr account.Even after 10 days the money didn't reach my bank.Then I talked to fiverr help team.They said that fiverr sent the money to my bank. I asked fiverr to show me their bank statement. No further information came from them.Can anyone help me

I am afraid you will have to wait for the support team for more updates on your refund... all of us here on the forum are either buyers or sellers and even the staff who moderate the forum do not intervene in the workings of the marketplace... so ya, just wait for the support team to get back to you...
