Did you close your previous account? Because if you just create a new account (and you already have a working account) or you had the previous one banned, you are breaking the rules. You can't have more than one Fiverr account. Also, if you were banned, then clearly Fiverr doesn't want you back since you broke the rules.

If for some reason that's not the case and you just closed the old account to start a new one, I can only assume the previous phone number should work, since the previous account is closed. However, as I said, if you have a new account that's made without Fiverr's consent and you are breaking the rules, they will ban this account sooner rather than later.
