Why I getting Fiverr Emails in my spam box?

Hi, Hope everyone is doing well. I am facing a problem when I getting any message or any notification from Fiverr that time I get the email in Gmail spam box I don't getting Email in my inbox. So What I can do and how can I fix the problem? 

Anyone can help me to fix the problem? Please help I also attached a image please check it.

Hi there,

Either it is being auto-filtered out or you accidentally marked a fiverr email as spam so now they all get marked that way.

You can prevent it by clicking on the email, marking it as "not spam", then adding the email address it was sent from to your approved safe sender list. Probably will be noreply@e.fiverr.com

I think you mistakenly marked Fiverrs email as Spam. That's why all the next mails going to spam.

Just choose a mail to 'Not Spam' from the spam and that's it.

Can you say please how I can fix this? How can I do not spam the Fiverr email?

Go to spam of your email and then open a mail that came from Fiverr, then at the header area you'll see "Not Spam' click on that.

It's mistake. Just choose a mail to 'Not Spam' from the spam and that's it.
