Seller took my item and blocked me

Hi. So I joined fiverr a week or so ago needed some artwork and video work done, got what I needed at a great price and was extremely happy. Then needed a little editing done to an app I have. So I picked one the most rated sellers and messaged him told him what I wanted and he asked me to send him the app. I sent it didn't hear anything for about 4 hours so asked him could he do what I wanted to which he replied he will let me know. Went to message him this morning and i cannot send him messages or go to his profile. Set up an account on my personal email and he us still there still advertising. I'm just wondering if this normal from sellers here? One lad I got to do some work on my discord last week also has me blocked🤷‍♂️

They have the solution of your problem.

Everyone has the right to block other people on the platform, for any reason. They don't have to explain themselves to you. If they want to block you, they can. 

As for the reasons, I can't really say why this happens to you so frequently. Perhaps you're making demands or asking for redicilous amounts of work at low prices? I wouldn't know. 

If someone contacts me with a stupid budget or request, I'm not always in the mood to waste time on them, so I block them. Except for spam, that's probably reason number one for blocking people, at least for me. 

But again: I'm not presuming to know the reasons why they have blocked you. Maybe you've just been unlucky with your sellers.
