My buyer account is disabled with an ongoing order

I have placed an order from my other account "anirudh_jain", the order was placed a day before yesterday and just a few moment ago my account was disabled, I had already paid for the order on fiverr. I am not able to understand if my order will be canceled and I will get refunded or will the seller receive the money and When will i get refunded if its canceled?

I think, its because you were two different accounts under one IP adress and fiverr ditected something wrong to ban you.

But you can always ask CS. Whats the problem!!

Did you have two accounts at the time of that order, or did you make this new account just now?
