withdrawal option is disable

Hi, I'm level 2 seller and my fund withdrawal options are  disable I guess of this ticket  I have contact the buyer and already we resolved the issue and buyer said that he already message to the CS saying issue is resolved, and i hc attached the our chat screenshots to  CS , but still my fund withdrawal option is disable how want to knw how long its take to enable my withdrwal option. anybody here  resoved this kind of ristrction from fiverr . and i still able to take orders and messages pls help

You know only Fiverr CS can fix that for you. Do you have funds available for withdrawal? Just follow up with Customer Support to confirm that the buyer has already cleared it with them.
