Same photo, different buyers?

I’m browsing through photo editing gigs and noticing a few sellers have reviews in which different buyer accounts have shared the exact same photo. Are these fake reviews?

How a buyer can share the photo? I think I am not getting it? 
Or you meant the review/feedback section has same work image?

Yes that’s what I mean. In the reviews, two completely different accounts shared the exact same work.

Then there's a high possibility of paid review/scam. Or may be it's the style of his submitting the work done.

Yeah that sounds like review scams. Or it could be buyers with multiple accounts, but I doubt it. Can't say for sure, though.

It would explain a lot. The account showed very poor quality work but still had 700 reviews.
