I have been using Fiverr for almost 1 year now, and i think its a great platform. One problem though, some sellers with perfect 5 star reviews didn't seem to understand my instructions or had suggested that the instruction was complex or unclear. As a programmer with 10+ years of experience i did wonder how these sellers or "experts" were getting all 5 star reviews if they couldn't understand my instructions.
Did anyone else experience this kind of problem, where some "experts" with 5 star reviews seemed more like an intermediate or even a beginner level type programmer??
